About Me
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), fully insured, and hold an Enhanced DBS certificate. I have experience supporting individuals with generalised anxiety disorder, depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, self-harm, and grief.
I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. As a neurodivergent individual myself, you may notice occasional spelling or grammatical differences in my messages — if anything is unclear, please feel free to ask for clarification. #DyslexicThinking
I provide person-centred, integrative therapy in a warm, non-judgmental space, tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, manage anxiety and stress, and build resilience. My practice is also a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
